Anyone who contacts Alreadycanadian Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If you were not, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said and agreed.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Alreadycanadian Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and the outcome you would like

Our Next Steps

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
